What does the MortarCaps opportunity mean?

Progress so far and the roadmap for change

The presentation will discuss how a CDM will enhance the HERM capability model and how we can work together as a community to build a sustainable, re-usable and practical framework for success.

 

Meet the Speakers

Olivia Roberts

General Manager - Student Solution, Technology One

Olivia - Liv - has recently joined Technology One as General Manager for their Student Management solution.  Liv has spent 15 years leading student and registry services in UK Institutions, prior to which she held senior delivery and project roles in large IT organisations.  

Liv is an active member of the sector, in particular with UCISA, JiSC, HoSA and ARC communities and was a key contributor to the UK's HESA Data Futures initiative.  Liv's role was to define how and where data is used for university operations, aligned with the applicant and student journey while building out a model for data governance, which she subsequently delivered.

Liv is passionate about promoting proper data management in our institutions and how technology can enable business success to deliver an exceptional student experience.

Charlsey Pearce

Chief Growth Officer, Ingenuity Partners

Over a decade of experience leading high performing CX teams through complex digital transformations aimed at improving the student experience and turning the dial on growth and retention. Charlsey’s deep experience within the Higher Education sector includes Macquarie University, Navitas and UNSW College.​
