Naomi is the Associate Director (ICT Governance & Partnerships), ICT at the University of Southern Queensland (USQ). With more than 25 years’ experience in higher education across ICT  and Student Administration, Naomi has a depth of experience in sensitively, effectively and responsibly navigating change over time, and in leading and managing large teams to ensure high quality, client focussed service and business outcome delivery.

Naomi is an authentic leader with a passion for people. She actively grows and develops future leaders, building on people’s strengths and getting the most out of each person. Naomi leads by example, both in terms of work ethic and work-life balance, providing (in particular) a model for blending career and family whilst maintaining operational excellence. Naomi’s ability to balance concern for people with concern for organisational outcomes earns her the respect of colleagues, stakeholders, and teams alike. She is excited to be able to contribute to CAUDIT’s Leadership Institute.

CAUDIT acknowledges the Traditional Owners of the lands where we live, learn and work. We pay our respects to Elders past and present and celebrate the stories, culture and traditions of all First Nations people.
