CAUDIT committees and working groups are established when a need arises to focus more closely on a particular topic or issue.  The Working Groups usually exist for a limited period of time in order to achieve an agreed outcome. The following is a list of CAUDIT's current committees and working groups. To become involved with or for more information about a committee or working group, please contact the chair.

CAUDIT Benchmarking Advisory Committee

Purpose: First established in 2014 the CAUDIT Benchmarking Committee is tasked to provide advice and guidance to CAUDIT and the CAUDIT Director Analytics and Strategic Initiatives, on all aspects of the CAUDIT benchmarking system, its coverage and processes to produce and disseminate quality and timely information to service the immediate and future requirements of CAUDIT and its members in alignment with CAUDIT strategic objectives as set out by the CAUDIT Executive

CAUDIT Strategic Procurement Committee

Purpose:  First established in 2012, the CAUDIT Strategic Procurement Committee is tasked with providing advice and guidance to the Director Strategic Procurement (DSP) and the Executive Committee in achieving CAUDIT’s strategic objectives, taking into consideration the needs of members, the CAUDIT Strategic Plan and objectives given by the CAUDIT Executive Committee.

CAUDIT Members Meeting Program Committee

Purpose:  Under the direction of the CAUDIT Executive Committee, the Program Committee takes carriage of two consecutive Members Meetings - The Spring Members Meeting and the Austumn Members Meeting the following year and is tasked with developing a robust agenda of topical speakers and themes relevant to CAUDIT Member representatives.   Specifically the Committee will:

• propose and recommend to the CAUDIT Executive Committee, in advance, the themes of their two meetings
• identify agenda topics relating to the themes
• draft the meeting agenda
• identify and invite appropriate speakers (member and industry) within budget
• identify and invite appropriate vendor case studies
• introduce speakers and facilitate sessions during the meetings
