CAUDIT Managers Program 2020 online format proving valuable.

The participants of the CAUDIT Managers Program (CMP) have come together to participate in their second round of‘ online group workshops. The sessions explored the themes of ‘Self Mastery’ with a greater focus on 'Resilience', the ‘Art of Influence’ and ‘Straight Talk’, all of which are crucial skills for effective managers to master.

Sessions comprised both theory and workshopping of how practical implementation can enhance participant's engagement and management skills using their own real life examples. These sessions have been very popular in the past, and the new 2020 online format delivered excellent value and quality to this years participants also.

In addition to the group workshops, participants of the program have held their second networking session which involved seven further colleagues from outside of the program to participate, share and connect within the sector.  The sessions focused on the disciplines of project management, enterprise architecture, DevOps, Infrastructure and client services, with participants able to room hop into multiple discussions.  This proved to be great exposure for the 20 participants who represented Griffith University, La Trobe University, The University of Waikato(NZ), Charles Sturt University, James Cook University, University of Southern Queensland, Central Queensland University and Geoscience Australia at the networking session.

The CMP participants will next work through their one-on-one coaching sessions with Greg O’Brien of PaceLearning, before coming together again for their next group workshop sessions in late October.
