Applications Now Open for CAUDIT Managers Program
The wait is over for the CAUDIT Professional Development Programs! Starting off 2020 is the much sought after CAUDIT Managers Program (CMP). The CMP is an exciting offering by CAUDIT which delivers important foundation skills for new and existing middle managers and team leaders in information technology and information resources at CAUDIT Member Organisations.
In 2013 CAUDIT member institutions identified a need for management foundation training and developed this program specifically for those working with IT within the higher education sector. As has come to be expected from CAUDIT Professional Development programs, the CMP delivers exceptional value to participants with a program that is designed for the sector with modules in coaching, influence, self-mastery, challenging conversations, successful meetings and goal mapping. What makes the CMP stand out from the crowd is the delivery mode – three face-to-face sessions and three one-on-one personal coaching sessions paced out over 7 months. Each session is held at a different university campus which enables participants to network with peers from the host universities. This aspect of the program has enabled past participants to build networks at metro, regional and NZ based campus’ since the program was first introduced. The program has an intimate intake of 20 participants, however in 2019, the demand was such that a second cohort was catered for.
