CAUDIT Procurement webinar
Bridging the digital gap
Presented by Rmkble
Universities operate in a complex digital landscape where enterprise platforms can be difficult or expensive to flex to meet day-to-day needs. To fill the gap, teams often turn to spreadsheets and manual processes that struggle to keep pace with student requests which can arrive at any time, from any channel. These well-meaning workarounds create risks to data quality, service consistency, and cyber safety.
In this session, Rmkble and Murdoch University co-present their collaborative journey to establish a Process Automation Competency Centre, designed specifically to safely govern and accelerate the use of low-code tools to address problems that fall between spreadsheets and large platforms. Using Microsoft Power Platform, the team embraced innovation while embedding cyber-safe, scalable, and sustainable practices. By building lightweight solutions with strong governance and purpose-built enablement, they unlocked new ways to improve the student experience and solve business problems at pace.
The session includes an overview of an offer for CAUDIT members: a Power Platform Maturity Assessment and Best Practice Recommendations to help you define a pragmatic governance framework for the Power Platform, and a fit-for-purpose environment and licensing model, so you can accelerate your own journey forward.
