We are thrilled to be holding the 2nd CMP alumni event for all past participants of the CAUDIT Managers Program on Wednesday 14th July 2021 from 09.30am – 11.30am.
Now in its 9th year the learnings of the program are well embedded into the skills of IT, library and eResearch staff within the higher education sector. Over the years we have seen many of you change roles, change employers, navigate through personal challenges, and grow your emotional intelligence. And we want to continue to support your growth and the connections that you made through the program.
The session is open to all who attended the program either still in the sector or who have moved to other employers. It will be facilitated by Greg O’Brien of PaceLearning who plans on discussing the following items:
- A brief catch up on where things have progressed since completing your CMP.
Skill-set – Learning Teams
- Greg has recently been involved in facilitating a problem-solving process called “Learning Teams” and would like to share the model with you, how it works and importantly, how you might be able to apply it to your own teams/workplaces as a very effective model for solving problems. Another tool in your kit-bag!
The CMP alumni event is free to attend and will give you a chance to catch up with some of your fellow participants and will also continue your development as leaders/managers through the ongoing sharing of knowledge and skills.
We hope to see you on 14th!
