A Program for New and Existing Managers
The CAUDIT Managers Program is an exciting offering by CAUDIT, joining the CAUDIT Leadership Institute as part of a portfolio of professional development opportunities for IT professionals in the sector.

The Managers Program runs over the course of seven months and includes four group face-to-face workshop sessions, one-on-one coaching sessions, assignments, university visits, and networking opportunities.
Training and coaching is delivered by paceLEARNING and key modules include:
- LSI 360-degree feedback tool at the beginning and end of the program
- Foundations of Effective Management
- Self Mastery
- The Art of Influence
- Straight Talking
- Managing Change
- Empowered for Success – presentations back to the group.
- Meet and Greet with senior staff
- Formal networking linkages
The program also includes one-on-one coaching throughout the program. Modules will be delivered at host universities the exact locations is determined by which universities participate in the program, with time during some modules allocated for a tour and discussion with IT leaders at the university.
Who should attend?
New and existing middle managers and team leaders in information technology and information resources.
How many can attend?
The program is limited to a maximum of 20 participants.
How does it work?
The Program begins with an online Leadership Skills Inventory individual assessment by respected training delivery specialists, paceLEARNING. Then participants attend the first of the face-to-face group sessions which includes the first two modules..
What is the cost?
The cost for the program is $3,999 including GST. This includes training and coaching sessions, LSI 360-degree feedback tool at the beginning and end of the program, campus visits, lunches, morning and afternoon tea during the face-to-face sessions, and graduation dinner. Transfer by group coach to the main departure airport at the end of each face-to-face session is also included.
Please note the cost does not include travel, accommodation or any other meals not mentioned above. Participants are required to make their way to and from the venue each day with the exception of the departure airport transfers. Where a session takes place in a participant’s home city, travel or accommodation may not be required. However, for your budget purposes, please allow up to 6 nights’ accommodation and up to 4 return flights over the entire program. To maximise networking opportunities, CAUDIT recommends that participants stay in a central location convenient to the host university and will provide a recommendation of a reasonably priced option once host cities are known.
