Complimentary attendance will be given for finalists to attend the Award presentation - one ticket for individuals and a maximum of two tickets for teams.
Drum Roll Please!!!
Submissions have now closed for the Inaugural CAUDIT Awards, and we have received a phenomenal number of nominations.
We would like to thank CAUDIT member organisations for their overwhelming support in helping bring the Awards to life and wish all nominees the very best as we move into what is sure to be an extremely challenging (but also exciting) phase of the awards process – THE JUDGING. Recognising, acknowledging and promoting the great work done by staff working in IT at CAUDIT member organisations across Australasia is at the heart and soul of these awards, and with so many exceptional nominations received the judging panels surely have a difficult task ahead of them.
We would also like to acknowledge our sponsors in helping to bring the Awards to life.
- Catalyst - Innovation in Teaching and Learning sponsor
- Results Group International - Operational Excellence sponsor
- Redhat - Emerging Leader sponsor
- Dropbox Business - Excellence in Research Support sponsor
- ServiceNow - Improving Student Success sponsor
We couldn’t have got this far without their valuable support.
We are extremely pleased with how well the Awards Initiative is developing and the fact that it has been so positively embraced by both CAUDIT members and industry indicates this is something that has been previously lacking, but also clearly needed in this space.
Where to from here? – Well onward and upward of course!
Nominations extended to 15 January 2019
There is still plenty of time to show your team how much you value them and their contributions by nominating them for the Awards!
As the peak member association supporting the use of information technology in the higher education and research sector in Australasia, CAUDIT is excited to announce the establishment of its own annual Awards Program.
The Awards recognise, celebrate and promote the outstanding achievements and innovation of IT staff working in CAUDIT member organisations, and the application of digital capabilities which positively transform the experience of students, academics and professional staff.
Open to all current IT staff from within the CAUDIT membership (excluding the CAUDIT Member Representative i.e. the CIO/CDO/IT Director), submissions are now open, closing on 15 January 2019. The awards are for work that has been completed during 2018, and winners will be announced at the awards presentation scheduled to be held at the 2019 Autumn Members Meeting.
If you, or your colleagues are working on some amazing innovative projects, or are providing leadership in some aspect of your work, then we want to hear from you! Showcase your achievements through the CAUDIT Awards. Submissions can be accepted for both individual and group activity.
There are five award categories, criteria to address, documentation to be provided and some entry rules, so before you commence working on your submission, make sure you visit the other awards pages in the left-hand navigation bar for further information. You will then need to upload the requested documentation and complete the online submission form, by 6.00pm AEDT 15 January 2019.
