The CAUDIT P3M Community of Practice is holding a Forum, which has been confirmed as June 1st, 2nd & 3rd at La Trobe University.
The forum will provide the latest updates on Portfolio, Program and Project Management in the University sector. P3M representative across the sector are encouraged to register their interest by contacting: PMO@latrobe.edu.au
La Trobe University have managed to secure the following corporate rates for accommodation for the P3M Forum hosted at La Trobe University from Wednesday 1st – Friday 3rd June 2016.
- 1 bedroom apartments at $189 p/n
- Secured from Tue 31 May – Fri 3 June
Please be advised that some participants may wish to extend their stay over the weekend
Due to the success and attendance by the P3M Community at a previous event, we are able to offer a travel subsidy for metro and regional attendees staying overnight.
The following will apply when participants book their room at the Quest Ivanhoe:
- Metro Participants – Subsidised amount $64 per person per night. Cost to participant per night $125 to be paid directly to the hotel
- Regional Participants - Subsidised amount $114 per person per night. Cost to participant per night $75 to be paid directly to the hotel

As Quest do not have an in house restaurant, breakfast is available at Café N’Addictions at an additional expense to them. This café is next door and open from 7am for breakfast.
In relation to transfers from Quest to La Trobe University, we will arrange for 2 maxi cabs at the following times. This will be paid by cab charge and is included in your registration fee.
This service will pre ordered and will depart from Quest Apartments at the following times:
Wed 1 June - 8:30am
Thu 2 June – 8:30am
Fri 3 June – 8:30am
Return cabs can be arranged from LTU, which will be an additional expense.
