The hotel is located only a short distance from Coolangatta (Gold Coast) Airport. A taxi will cost about $10.

The weather in early September will be mild to warm (average temperatures 15 to 25C) and is likely to be mainly sunny.

Room and Board

Institute fees include all meals from Sunday evening to Thursday lunch except for Tuesday dinner, and four nights accommodation in single rooms. Note that the rooms are provided on an unserviced basis, which means you will need to make your own bed etc.

PLEASE NOTE: If you decide to combine business with pleasure by arriving before or staying after the Institute, please make sure you let the Institute Administrator (Ian Hunter) know when you register or as soon as possible after. We cannot guarantee accommodation prior to or after the program, but will be pleased to do our best to arrange this for you. Additional nights cost from $100 without breakfast depending on the location and type of the room. A buffet breakfast is available at a cost of $12.50.
