Booking Information
Booking Guarantee
Either one night’s accommodation deposit or a credit card number is required to secure your booking. Please note that any bookings that have not advised either a credit card number or one night’s deposit by 3 April, 2009 will be cancelled. Deposit information and monies will be forwarded to the hotel and you will be responsible for settling the balance of the account on checkout of the hotel.
Cancellations
Accommodation cancellations received after Thursday 3 April 2009 may forfeit the first night's deposit. Refunds will be subject to the cancellation policy and charges levied by the hotel. Accommodation deposits will also be forfeited if the room is not occupied on the requested check in date.
Preferences
May we please ask that you indicate your first 3 preferences of hotels when booking accommodation via the registration form. Limited rooms are available at each hotel and we recommend that accommodation be booked early.
Deadlines
We encourage delegates to book accommodation well in advance as hotels impose strict release dates for block accommodation bookings, all rooms are released 30 days prior to the meeting and therefore accommodation bookings received after 30 April 2009 will be subject to availability.
Change of Booking
Amendments to accommodation including hotels, check in/out dates, room type etc will only be accepted in writing via email to info@eecw.com.au or fax to 08 9389 1499. Please do not contact the hotel direct.
Early Arrival or Late Departure
Requests for early check in or late check out must be advised in writing to the Conference Secretariat. Please note that early check in requests may require the booking of an additional room night prior to guarantee immediate access to hotel rooms.
Sharing Accommodation
If you will be sharing your accommodation with another person please advise their name via the Registration Form or via email to the Conference Secretariat.
