Proposal Guidelines
Proposals for refereed papers must be received by 28 July 2008.
Proposals for all other papers and workshops must be received by 22 September 2008.
Proposals should adhere to the following guidelines:

Formal Papers (Refereed)
- Abstract Length:
- 500 words (approx.)
- Due Date:
- 28 July 2008
- Format:
- Microsoft Word or rich text format (rtf).
- Font Size:
- Minimum 12 point font
Once a proposal is accepted, submission of a full paper will be required by 13 October 2008 to enable papers to be refereed and where applicable comments returned by early December 2008.

Poster Presentation Proposals

All proposals will be reviewed via the EDUCAUSE Australasia 2009 Program Committee. Presentations will be selected with the aim of providing a program that offers a comprehensive and diverse treatment of issues related to the conference themes.

Final Submission of Papers and Speaker Expectations
All presenters are encouraged to document their presentation by contributing a paper or other presentation format such as PowerPoint slides. All presentations will be posted on the conference website at the conclusion of the conference.
All materials will be expected to be submitted in electronic format (Microsoft Word, rich text format (rtf), 12 point font) to EECW by 16th February 2009. Please email documents to info@eecw.com.au
Complete instructions will be available at a later date for preparation of:

- Workshops
- Symposia
- Poster sessions (for the presentation or discussion of "hot topics")
It is intended that session materials included on the EDUCAUSE Australasia 2009 web site will become the conference proceedings.
