The technical exhibition for EDUCAUSE Australasia 2007 will take place in You Yangs Hall, Melbourne Convention Centre, Melbourne, Australia.

The floor plan has been designed to ensure good visibility and access to all booths.  Maximum traffic flow will be encouraged by placement of catering stations at key points in both the exhibition areas as well as by constant referral throughout the Conference.

• All the stands are located within the Exhibition Space and will be well visited by all delegates
• Tea and coffee stations will be positioned throughout the exhibition area daily, so as to extend delegate crowds throughout the area
• All morning teas, afternoon teas and lunches will be served in the exhibition area
• Delegates have a strong interest in the ever-developing technological services and products associated with this profession
• Exhibitors will be displaying information, services and products of direct relevance to the professional interests of delegates
• Delegates will be encouraged to visit all booths by way of constant referral throughout the Conference
• Floor plans will be placed around the exhibition area, showing the booth position of each exhibitor in order to assist delegates in locating you

Included in the cost of exhibiting is:

• A full "walk in/walk out" exhibition booth which will contain the following:
  • DIMENSIONS | 3m x 3m as indicated on the attached floor plan
  • WALLS | Modular walls 2.4m high finished in velcro fabric
  • FASCIA | Fascia panel 20cm deep finished in printed vinyl lettering
  • LIGHTING | Two x 150 watt spotlights per booth
  • POWER  | One x 4-amp power point per boot
  • BOOTH SIGN | Company name in standard letter style displayed on the front fascia.  Maximum of 26 letters with Pty Ltd
• One (1) complimentary exhibitor registration per booth booking including the Welcome Reception, Melbourne Experience Cocktail Party and the Conference Dinner
• A delegate list on the exhibition move-in day.
• A fifty word company profile and logo published in the final programme.

EDUCAUSE Australasia is an integrated event and all staff in attendance at your booth must be registered for the Conference.  Further details regarding additional exhibitor registrations will be provided upon confirmation of booth booking and distribution of the Registration Brochure

Note:
Each exhibitor must keep their display within the dimensions of the exhibition booth.  Should your display or exhibit require space or a layout other than that indicated above we would welcome discussion to facilitate your needs.  Should you wish to provide your own booth design or pre-fabricated booth module in your allocated area you must submit your design plans to Waldron Smith Management, before 30 November 2006.

CANCELLATION POLICY
In the event of cancellation of Exhibition Booth/s, note that unless that particular area of sponsorship or exhibition is resold, the Committee reserves the right to retain monies received.  If the balance of payment is not received by the due date, the allocated Sponsorship or Exhibition booth/s will be cancelled.  Any booth/s cancelled after 30 November 2006 will not be refunded.
