The Welcome Reception will be held in the central location of the Melbourne Convention Centre. This will be your first opportunity to reacquaint with old friends and colleagues and meet new people within the industry. Ease yourself into conference mode and social city living with a sense of contemporary Melbourne through food and drink.

A Night at the Theatre

Plaza Ballroom, Regent Theatre

The Plaza Ballroom is a magnificent heritage listed venue situated in the very heart of Melbourne on Collins Street, below the famous Regent Theatre, one of Victoria's largest and most lavish theatres during the inter-war period. The Ballroom is an imaginative combination of Spanish Baroque and Medieval styles, originally intended to be a Cabaret, but opened as a grand picture palace in 1929, and today is a spectacular and extravagant interior space that still evokes the romanticism and glamour of night-life during the inter-war period. Please join us for pre-dinner cocktails, canapes and live entertainment in a setting of unmatched history and ambience. Afterwards, enjoy your choice of dining experiences at one of the many fine restaurants within central Melbourne.

Conference Dinner

Crown Palladium Ballroom

The Conference Dinner will be held in the opulent setting of the Palladium at Crown, Melbourne's grandest ballroom. An engaging evening of fine food, wine, music and dancing will provide a memorable experience set on the banks of the Yarra River. The dinner will conclude at 2359; however the night is yet young and the area offers a myriad of restaurants and bars.

Conference Closing Drinks

Don't forget to leave the conference relaxed and having farewelled friends at the Closing Drinks reception, held conveniently in the Atrium of the Convention centre.
